Col-3

Title: A Phase II Trial of Col-3 in Patients with HIV-Related Kaposi’S Sarcoma

Eligibility Requirements:
Biopsy-proven Kaposi’s sarcoma
Serologic documentation of HIV status
Adequate bone marrow, renal and hepatic function
Must be on a stable antiretroviral therapy
Prior chemotherapy allowed
No prior radiation therapy to indicator lesions

Patients will be randomized to either group A-50 mg/day or group B-100 mg/day. Col-3 will be given orally once daily.
